Jurisdictional update: Mauritius
Mauritius has become the 157th Contracting State of the PCT as the instrument of accession to the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) was deposited on December 15, 2022 with WIPO.
The PCT will come into force in Mauritius from March 15, 2023
